As the next era at Ledge begins we wanted to mark the moment with a new version of one of our flagships. With a rejuvenated focus on supporting the region around us, Off Piste is now made with Vermont grown hops and Maine malted grain! The unique growing conditions of Vermont provide a one of a kind flavor to the hops: Chinook, Crystal, and Cascade. This pale ale walks the line between new aged juicy and old school pale ales with a refreshing bitterness and notes of pineapple rind, orange blossoms, grapefruit, and pine resin.

This light bodied stout is brewed with flaked oats, flaked spelt, caramel malt and roasted wheat and infused with freshly roasted coffee from our friends at Frontside Coffee Roasters. Beer that tastes like a refreshing glass of cold brew, what is there not to like? 

Big, new and bursting with flavor! With the use of a special yeast blend and two specialized liquid hop products we have created a triple IPA that is shockingly easy to drink with a dry finish but packed with juicy fruit hop characteristics. Sultanta Salvo and Euphorics Hop Terpenes provide a big aroma and taste of pineapple, candied mango, kumquats, and grapefruit pith. A true labor of research and love from our brew team!

Brombeere is exactly what it translates to, Blackberry! Our version of a Berliner Weisse is made with pureed blackberries instead of the traditional raspberry syrup. Brombeere has a moderate acidity that plays well with the natural sweet and tart notes of blackberries. Light on ABV but full flavored to keep you going all day! 

Canadian through and through. This crisp pilsner is made with Canadian grain, hops, and yeast by our Canadian brewer. A celebration of our neighbors to the north, this pilsner represents the true north strong and free! Crisp and refreshing, this pilsner carries a clean bitterness that has notes of citrus blossoms, grapefruit, mint tea, lemongrass, and jasmine from hops balanced by subtle notes from the grain of fresh honey breads. The grain is sourced from Alix, Alberta, hops from Topp’s Hops in Fraser Valley, British Columbia, and yeast from Escarpement Labs in Guelph, Ontario.

A hockey themed beer for the playoffs only seemed right. This Czech-style dark lager is easy drinking while being incredibly complex. The aroma is malty with notes of dark bread crust, toasted nuts and rich caramel. The flavor opens with caramel and honey and evolves into light chocolate, dried dark cherry, and a subtle coffee note then finishes with a pleasant herbal spice character. This beer will have you hitting your best celly like you just sniped it bar down!

Double the lager, doppel the fun! Double Buck is a doppelbock that was lagered in oak barrels to gain a hint of oak to balance its rich malty character. This beer spent three months in barrels at cold temperatures just getting better and better. Enjoy the complex flavors of toasted bread crust, toffee, dates, and dried stone fruit with the finish of roasted oak.
