As the next era at Ledge begins we wanted to mark the moment with a new version of one of our flagships. With a rejuvenated focus on supporting the region around us, Off Piste is now made with Vermont grown hops and Maine malted grain! The unique growing conditions of Vermont provide a one of a kind flavor to the hops: Chinook, Crystal, and Cascade. This pale ale walks the line between new aged juicy and old school pale ales with a refreshing bitterness and notes of pineapple rind, orange blossoms, grapefruit, and pine resin.

This light bodied stout is brewed with flaked oats, maris otter, dark munich, caramel malt and roasted wheat and infused with freshly roasted coffee from our friends at White Mountain Ski Coffee Co. Beer that tastes like a refreshing glass of iced coffee, what is there not to like?

A Labor of Love. We worked with Champlain Valley Hops to get freshly harvested wet hop Centennial. Hops went from their farm in Vermont to the beer in less than 12 hours. These hops lost none of their natural aroma in that short time. A classic American pale ale recipe allows the Centennial hops to shine with subtle bitterness and notes of citrus zest, fruit preserves, fresh grass and a hint of pine. Enjoy the complexity of fresh wet hops!

Brombeere is exactly what it translates to, Blackberry! Our version of a Berliner Weisse is made with pureed blackberries instead of the traditional raspberry syrup. Brombeere has a moderate acidity that plays well with the natural sweet and tart notes of blackberries. Light on ABV but full flavored to keep you going all day!

Ledgetoberfest is an all day affair so to help enjoy the whole day we added a session festbier to our lineup! Lighter in flavor and ABV than our Ledgetoberfest Marzen this lager has gentle notes of crackers and fresh bread. This is the secret move to keep enjoying steins full all day long!

This beer is perfect while relaxing while watching the sun lower on the horizon. Our take on a classic Hefeweizen is drier and lighter bodied to focus on being a refreshing patio sipper. Despite this lighter body, On The Horizon is full of banana, citrus and clove flavors from the unique yeast strain that characterizes this style.

An IPA that will bring you back to summer paradise! Paradise Dreams is an elegant balance of classic American IPA bitterness, herbal & citrusy hop notes and refreshing grapefruit puree. This is truly a fruited IPA meant to enhance, not overwhelm, the beer it’s paired with.

Underappreciated but not forgotten; bock-style rauchbiers are hard to come by. To make this German style we strayed from traditional beechwood malt and instead used maplewood smoked barley and triticale for 36% of the grain bill. Expect a smokey aroma and finish with a malty sweet taste that includes notes of caramel, dark breads, honey, and maple bacon donuts!
